Statistics show that coal production surged by 32 Percent , reaching 79.72 million tonnes (MT) compared to 60.52 MT in the corresponding period last year. Similarly, coal dispatches saw a significant increase of 34 Percent , rising from 65.37 MT to 87.86 MT.
