The projects include a ₹3,638 crore investment by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) in developing a City Gas Distribution (CGD) network across five districts in Bihar — Darbhanga, Madhubani, Supaul, Sitamarhi, and Sheohar.
